1. Ordering Process
Request
Choose a model in our online store and place an order via the cart or messengers.
Consultation
Manager confirms technical details: wind zone, RAL coating, and foundation specs.
Invoice
You receive an official pro-forma invoice with clear lead times and specifications.
Production
Lead time: from 1-3 days for stock items up to 14-21 days for custom orders.
2. Payment
Bank Transfer (VAT)
Payment to LLC "ENERGO A" account. We provide a full package of documents for companies.
Wire Transfer (IBAN)
Official payment method for private customers via bank transfer to the manufacturer's account.
3. Shipping
Combined Freight
Optimal for poles (3-12m). We find transit trucks across Ukraine, saving your budget.
Warehouse Pickup
Ready products can be picked up from our warehouse in Kyiv region (Sofiyivska Borshchahivka).
Courier Services
Nova Poshta / SAT / Delivery. Dispatch of stock items within 1-3 business days.
4. Returns & Exchange
Right to Return
You can return goods with manufacturing defects within 14 days according to Ukrainian Law.
Manufacturer Warranty
All Light Factory poles have a 5-year warranty. We cover logistics and replacement for defective items.
