All contractual relations are conducted on behalf of LLC "ENERGO A", which is the official manufacturer and supplier of products under the Light Factory brand.
1. Legal Status & Agreement Subject
1.1. All contractual relations are conducted on behalf of LLC "ENERGO A", the owner of the Light Factory trademark.
1.2. This resource is the manufacturer's official trading platform. Product information (technical drawings, photometric data) is the company's intellectual property.
1.3. An agreement is considered concluded upon signing the Specification/Contract or payment of the issued pro-forma invoice.
2. Payment Procedures
2.1. Bank Transfer: The primary form of payment is a transfer to the bank account of LLC "ENERGO A" (including 20% VAT).
2.2. Direct Transfers: For individuals and sole proprietors, payment via official bank details (IBAN) is available through banking institutions.
2.3. We do not use automatic instant card payment services on the website due to the high cost and technical complexity of each product unit, which requires verification by a manager.
3. Manufacturing Regulation
3.1. An order is sent to production after receipt of prepayment and final approval of the Specification (RAL color, wind load parameters, optics type).
3.2. The manufacturer reserves the right to make structural changes that improve the product's characteristics without degrading its appearance or functionality.
4. Liability & Regulations
4.1. The supplier is responsible for product compliance with DSTU and TU standards, confirmed by the product passport.
4.2. Detailed rules regarding logistics, dispatch times, and return procedures are governed by the Shipping, Payment, and Returns section.
